Membership in MAADS is available to any individual,
partnership, corporation or provider of adult day services. Three levels
of membership are available.
- Provider Membership
is available to any licensed center providing adult day services in
Maryland regardless of sponsor, populations served or size of center.
Individual membership is available to any employee within that licensed
center as long as the provider maintains current provider membership.
- Associate Membership
is available to any partnership or corporation which does not directly
provide adult day services.
- Individual Membership is available to any person not employed by an adult day services provider.
The benefits of membership in MAADS include:
- Networking and problem solving
opportunities through a minimum of four general membership and two regional
meetings
- Quarterly
newsletter
- Legislative representation
and updates
- Fax alerts regarding upcoming
meetings, important issues, legislative developments, etc.
- Educational opportunities
at a reduced rate
- Information on current
trends in Adult Day Services and the health care industry

Membership is based on the fiscal year of July 1 through June 30. Membership dues are based on the type of membership. Provider Membership dues are based on the licensed capacity of the ADS center.
