MAADS is hosting a members - only networking meeting for nurses and program directors on Thursday, December 5th, from noon to 3:00pm. The focus of this meeting is to give nurses and program directors the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback about how the phase II transition in LTSS is going for you. MAADS is also interested in gathering information about any problems you may still be experiencing with the system, so we can take that back to MDH.
While not required, we are suggesting you bring a laptop or tablet to the meeting, so that you can go onto LTSS to review items that are being discussed.
